Color vs. Black and White Photography

As I’ve said before, I like to experiment with my photos. I might revisit a photo weeks, months, or years later. Recently, I’ve been on a black and white kick. Sometimes, I like the black and white version better, sometimes, not really. I’d love to hear which version you like!

Purchase any of these as prints.

Feeling Small in Church

The weekly photo challenge is Scale.  The over sized Gothic churches and cathedrals of Europe are a great example of this. With their massive columns, two and three story stained glass windows, and soaring painted ceilings, they make me feel tiny in comparison.

All photos are available as prints in my gallery.

Cool Wall Clock

In addition to my other galleries, I have a gallery on Society6.com. This is a small sample of some the wall clocks available in my shop at Society 6. Click here to visit my gallery there.

Featured Americana

Images from towns and cities in the US. Some are historic buildings or locations. A few are local landmarks. All are pure Americana.

Watch for Pedestrians

The Weekly Challenge this week is Pedestrian.  Which could mean lacking inspiration or dull. It could also mean people walking.

In big cities, it’s pretty easy to find pedestrians. It seems everyone walks to work and to play.

In fact, I would say that without the people these places would be pedestrian.
